Volume 4, Issue 11, November 2022

Dear Angela P.,

For our November issue of the Procyon Post, Jennifer Howard describes some final releases for the 2022 season and the vast improvements made to the Centre in Animal Updates. Jennifer continues her discussion of diseases that can affect Ontario Wildlife in Animal Diseases - Part Two. Elizabeth Trickey has written an informative and delightful article called Do You Hear Laughter from the Forest?

As we enter the final two months of the year we are gearing up for some fun-filled events. On Saturday, November 19th Santa will be returning to Rovili's Petworld-Bolton for a photoshoot. He has not been around since July and says he misses us all! On the following day, Santa will be at Davidson's Restaurant to have photos taken with his Innisfil fans.

On December 18th, we will be holding a fundraising Father Christmas photoshoot at the pioneer historical church in the charming Village of Hockley to be followed by a Christmas Concert! Singer and Procyon volunteer Angela van Breemen will be accompanied by Anthony Alexander on the piano. Tickets for the concert can be purchased online and at the Centre or by contacting Angela at angelavb@procyonwildlife.com, and are $35.00 each for adults and $10.00 for kids 11 years of age and under.

Thank you to everyone who has generously donated items for our Third Annual Online Christmas Auction fundraiser. If you would still like to donate an item(s), there is still time! Items will be gratefully accepted by Monday, November 14th. Please contact Debra Spilar at (416) 416-550-9723 or email her at debras@procyonwildlife.com, if interested. This year, our online auction will begin on Friday, November 25th, and run until Monday, December 5th, 2022.

Thank you,

Procyon Wildlife
